Session 1 (75 min)
Deconstruction &
Reconstruction
This 75-minute session will initiate the start of this process. In it we will deconstruct your current work duties in order to identify where your time is needed and we will reconstruct your weekly schedule.
Weeks 1 & 2
Implementation
You will use this time to implement the weekly schedule along with any other assignments provided by your coach. Support will be provided as needed via email and/or coaching portal.
Session 2 (45 min)
Modification
This 45-minute session takes place at the end of Week 2 (approximately 10 - 14 days from Session 1). The coach assesses performance data and recommends actions for the following two weeks.
Weeks 3 & 4
Optimization
A 30-minute session (Session 3) takes place during week 3 or 4 and serves to finalize conclusions reached throughout the process. Client and coach discuss any next steps during this meeting or a final 15-minute session (Session 4).

Where are the coaching sessions held?
All sessions are held via Zoom.
How do I know if coaching is for me?
No worries. That is what we can determine during our 15-minute consultation.
How long are the 1-on-1 sessions?
Meetings are typically 60 minutes but may me slightly modified based on client preference or circumstance.
Can I just do one session to try it out?
Yes. We actually offer a 1-month package that includes one 60-minute session. You can decide after that if you want to continue with sessions. Set up a 15-minute consultation to move forward with that.
Are there different coaching plans available?
We offer a one-year access plan but in some cases can make modifications to our services based on the needs and preferences of our clients.
What is your cancellation policy?
In general, if you decide not to continue with our one-year access plan within the first 30 days you will be refunded your payment (minus a $100 account setup fee).
